She shapes her hats using traditional wooden blocks from her vintage collection, works personally with traditional artisan weavers and suppliers across the Pacific region to source authentic hat-making fibres. Rosie employs special artisan hand dying and distressing techniques to achieve unique colour effects and draws on her extensive collection of vintage hat making materials.
